M&L Surveyors is a surveyor firm co-founded by Mick and Lavinia in Hong Kong. It is a registered valuation agency regulated by RICS and specializes in issuing property valuation reports that meet the requirements of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) in Australia. It is committed to providing top professional services for clients applying for Australian 188A, 188B, 188C and 132 visas.

Lavinia is now a RICS surveyor and valuer, as well as a HKIS surveyor. Mick is a member of RICS and a registered asset appraiser and a registered real estate valuer in China. Both of them have over 15 years of experience in this field.
