M&L Surveyors is a Hong Kong-based professional surveyor firm mainly engaged in valuation of properties for immigration applicants. It is a registered valuation agency regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and committed to providing top professional services for clients applying for Australian 188 and 132 visas.

The property valuation reports we issue meet the requirements of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) in Australia and can be used as documentary proof of assets. And the Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) is also purchased in order to reassure our clients and provide them with maximum protection. In addition to property valuation, we also provide overseas real estate investment agency and consultancy services in a wide range of areas covering Greater China, Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States.

The company is co-founded by Mick (Mr. Jiang Tao) and Lavinia （Ms Cheung Ching Ha）. Lavinia is currently a RICS surveyor and valuer, as well as a HKIS surveyor. Mick is a member of RICS and a registered asset appraiser and a registered real estate valuer in China. Both of them have over 15 years of experience in this field.
